This past Sunday T.I. held a private brunch to kick-off the next wave of his AKOO clothing line at a private location in Atlanta. At the top of the event surrounded by family and friends Tip received a prestigious gift from Dr. Dre’s highly touted “Beats By Dre” headphones. T.I. is just one of a few selected artists to receive their own customized headphones line from the legendary producers highly successful brand. “I never receive gifts” a joking T.I. said as his family seated close by joined in the laughter. The black and gold headphones bear the wording “Salute The King” on one side with the interior bearing a more personal message, “Big Phil” a nod to T.I.’s slain childhood friend Philant Johnson.
